About Sukoon

A calm place to heal, built over two decades

Sukoon — a word for calm and inner peace — is exactly what we set out to create: confidential, evidence-based psychological care delivered with genuine warmth.

Our story

From a single practice to a movement for mental health

Founded in 2011 by Ms. Deepali Bedi, Sukoon Psychotherapy Center began with a simple belief: that quality mental-health care should be accessible, stigma-free, and rooted in evidence. Over 20+ years of clinical practice — across leading corporates, hospitals and universities — that belief has grown into a full-spectrum service.

Alongside clinical care, our Sukoon — Pledge to Seek Help initiative works across schools, colleges, corporates and communities to normalise conversations about mental health and encourage people to reach out early.

🎯

Our mission

To provide confidential, evidence-based psychological support that blends research-informed practice with compassionate care — helping people maintain wellbeing and resilience.

🌏

Our vision

A world where seeking help is a sign of strength — where individuals, families and organisations treat mental health with the same seriousness as physical health.

🤝

Our values

Confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, scientific rigour and no middle agents — complete, personal value for every person who walks through our door.
